RLCDVoice Privacy Policy

What this service is

RLCDVoice is a private, invite-only audio transcription and recap service. Access is granted by the service operator to a specific workspace.

Data processed

• Audio sent by devices assigned to the workspace.
• Transcripts, recaps, anonymous separated Voices, and operational diagnostics.
• The OAuth provider and its stable account identifier. RLCDVoice does not request or store your Google email address or profile, and requests only GitHub's basic user scope.

How data is used

Data is used only to authenticate invited users, operate the capture service, and show workspace transcripts, recaps, devices, and Separation artifacts. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Storage and access

Workspace data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the service operator. Dashboard sessions are protected by secure cookies, and workspace data is available only to invited accounts assigned to that workspace. Retention is managed by the operator and may vary by workspace.

Service providers

Google or GitHub provides sign-in. Cloudflare provides the public web and network edge. Audio transcription and recap processing may use operator-controlled model services.

Your choices

You may stop using the service at any time. To request access revocation or deletion of your account binding and associated workspace data, contact the service operator at crysheen@gmail.com.
